Terms of service.

The service

Vitraz collects content from sources you connect, lets you curate it, and renders it as an embeddable feed on sites you control. We provide the service on a subscription basis according to the plan you choose.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at support@vitraz.io if you believe it has been compromised. You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

Content and rights

You keep ownership of everything you connect or upload. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service — to store, process and display that content in your feeds and embeds.

You are responsible for having the right to display the content you aggregate. Content retrieved from third-party networks remains subject to those networks’ terms and to the rights of the people who created it. If a network requires you to remove content, or an author asks you to, you must comply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Display content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else’s rights.
• Use the service to harass, impersonate, or mislead — including presenting content as an endorsement it is not.
• Attempt to breach our access controls, probe other tenants’ data, or interfere with the service’s operation.
• Circumvent plan limits, resell the service without a partner agreement, or automate access outside the documented API.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is not severe, we will contact you first.

Third-party networks

The service depends on APIs run by other companies. Those APIs change, rate-limit and occasionally break, and networks may revoke access at any time. We work to keep integrations current but cannot guarantee continued availability of any particular source.

Billing

Paid plans bill in advance, monthly or annually, through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings — your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, after which the account reverts to the free plan and any content over the free limits is unpublished rather than deleted.

Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice, taking effect at your next renewal. Taxes are added where required.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is, without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless one is agreed in writing. We may change or discontinue features; where a change removes something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate for material breach of these terms, or with 30 days’ notice for any reason, refunding any prepaid period.

Changes

We will post material changes here and notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
